Using the online shopping basket:
- Browse the site, and add the items that you would like to order to your basket, being careful to select any options that you require where appropriate.
- If this is your first order, you will be asked to register when placing your order, and choose a username and password (keep note of your username and password).
- If you change your mind about ordering an item it can be deleted from your basket before going to the checkout.
- When you are ready to place the order go to the checkout.
- Payment is made online using your credit/debit card through the secure PayPal system.
- You can also pay offline with your credit or debit card, or by cheque.
Delivery Information:
- The price for delivery is calculated when you place items in your basket. Click the estimated shipping cost link to view delivery prices.
- Allow up to 14 days for delivery.
- You can use the 'your account' button to track the progress of your order (you will need your username and password).
Credit Card Payments:
You can pay online using your credit card using the secure PayPal system.
You can also make payment for your goods by credit card over the phone. We will contact you to confirm your order, and take your credit card details. Alternatively, you can phone us on 01690 710292 after placing your order to arrange payment.
Payment by Cheque:
Having placed your order online, offline payment can be made by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to "Anna Davies", and should be sent to:

Refund Policy:
If the item we deliver is faulty, you are legally entitled to a full refund but you must report it to us within 28 days of receipt. Return the item to us intact with all packaging.
If you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us and a full credit will be given subject to the following conditions:
- You notify us of your desire to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods.
- The goods are returned within 30 days of receipt, and are in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
- You pay the return delivery charges, either using our collection system or by using a method of your own choosing.
- The goods are not customised for you in any way.
Privacy Policy:
We will only contact you with details of special offers etc if you have requested such information during the checkout process. If you wish to be removed from a list to which you have subscribed, then you can do so by using the 'your account' link to change your preferences. Alternatively e-mail us with your name and e-mail address, indicating that you wish to cease receiving such e-mail.
Your details will not be passed on to a third party.
