The 120 page soft cover book is full of history, memories and images of the business and of Anna Davies life.
The blurb reads -
'Anna Mair Davies was born in Essex and lived her childhood life in London, Essex and North Wales where eventually she and her parents settled.
After being evacuated to Wales in 1940, Anna and her mother returned to Essex. In 1947 the Davies' family moved to North Wales and this is her life story.
Anna attended Capel Curig School and went on to Llanrwst Grammar, left at 16 and started Anna Davies with help and guidance from her father in 1956.
Anna married Emrys Evans in 1962 and together they expanded the shop to the size it currently is. Anna Davies remains privately owned and run today. Anna lives in Betws-Y-Coed and has two children and four grandchildren.'
