The Cilla Slipper in Red is a women’s slipper made from 100% brushed wool, with a slip-on design, making it easy to take them on and off. They have soft wool inner soles which give good support and cushioning. The outer sole is made from rubber. The Cilla slippers also have durable EVA rubber soles for a good grip on the floor. Thanks to this you can wear them for light outside on the porch or the balcony if you want.
The Cilla wool slippers are perfect for someone who does not want sheepskin but want the benefits of sheep's wool – light enough for wearing around the house or apartment all year around.
Sheep wool is a great material for slippers because of its many natural benefits such as antibacterial and air transporting properties. Antibacterial means that your feet won’t start to smell, like slippers made from manmade materials. The wool will also keep your feet sweat-free since the material will absorb the sweat.

How to care for sheep wool slippers
We do not recommend washing your Cilla wool slippers. Lanolin is the reason behind most of sheep wool’s amazing qualities. It gives the material a very nice luster and pretty much cleans itself which is why you don’t need to worry about washing your slippers. Every now and then you can freshen them up with lanolin that you can buy in a shoe shop. You can also occasionally air them out for a nice and clean feel.
