The Karla slippers are a classic slip-on design with a small v-shaped slit at the front making them easy to slip on and off throughout the day. Every Shepherd of Sweden slipper is handmade, the Karla is styled with decorative stitching down the top of the slipper and there is fabric binding around the sole. The outer sole has a slim wedge for comfort and is made from EVA for durability.
Shepherd Karla are 100% genuine sheepskin slippers for ladies. Sheepskin naturally regulates heat, making the cooler on hot days and warmer on colder days. MAking them the ideal slipper for our changeable British weather.

Please note that the natural ‘fluffiness’ of the inner sheepskin will make your slippers appear slightly tight at first but this will soon flatten and mould to your foot shape. If the length feels fine, you have the right size. If the slipper is too short and your toe is touching the front of the slipper you need to size up or a hole may form over time. Washing and Care Instructions
Sheepskin Slipper Care Advice
Like all real sheepskin products we do not recommend you washing your Karla sheepskin mule slippers in the washing machine. We recommend allowing dirt to dry and brush it off or using lukewarm water to spot clean any affected areas and allow to air dry naturally. Do not tumble dry or dry in hot places as this will dry out the suede, which will cause cracking and shorten your slippers lifespan.
f the slippers have to be washed, we recommend that that they are hand-washed or that they are washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees on the wool program. Only use a mild liquid detergent and preferably a detergent especially made for wool. Drying the slippers should be done as natuarally as possibly, for example by letting them dry in a normal room temperature. The best way for the slippers to hold their shape after washing is to place some paper inside them. Using a soft seude brush on the product when they have dried, will return the product to its original quality. Avoid drying in direct sunlight or near to a radiator. Please note that slippers with transfer prints are not washable.
