Delivery During Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Anna Davies will try to have all items that are shown on our website in stock. However, if the item is not in stock, we will contact you offering the option of waiting for the item to come into stock, or for you to cancel your purchase. You will be immediately refunded the full amount if the product is not in stock.

Standard Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods on the same day (except weekends). All items sent with our Standard Delivery is sent via 48hr tracked service and normally takes 2 days* to arrive.

* UK deliveries to certain postcodes in the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands can take up to four working days or longer to be delivered.  GY9–10, HS1–HS9, KW15–KW17, PA41–61, TR21–25, ZE1–ZE3, ZE–ALL.

Free UK Delivery

Free UK Delivery on all orders over £100 excluding Highlands & Islands postcodes *

*Some items we cannot send due to the size and weight of the product, and we will advise where possible on the product description that the item is only for Click and Collect or prior arrangements only. 

*EweMoo Sheep Footstools unfortuantely do not come under the free postage. There will be an additional charge of £8.00 due to the weight and size of the footstool.
 

Next Day Delivery

For Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 11.00am on a weekday. The order will be sent using special delivery, but we cannot guarantee it will arrive the next day.

For DPD Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 3pm on a weekday.

We aim to dispatch goods on the same day; except weekends. Orders made after 3 pm on Friday and over the weekend will be sent the following Monday. 

Click & Collect

We currently offer a click and collect service from our store located at Holyhead Rd, Betws-y-Coed, North Wales, LL24 0AY. 

We will email you when your item is ready to collect in-store. We are open 7 days a week, but opening times can vary so please check our website or call 01690 710292 for details. 

EU Deliveries

Due to changes with Brexit, EU delivery charges now vary from country to country. Please contact us at info@annadavies.co.uk to receive a quote for delivery costs. 

We cannot guarantee a delivery date, but your item will be sent via a tracked service.

We cannot cover any additional costs incurred at customs.
